This rifle is equipped with the world-famous Bergara barrel for hunting what you want. The B-14 Action is Bergara’s super-smooth two-lug system, which has a sliding-plate extractor as well as a conical bolt nose and breech. It ensures a smooth extraction and feeding of cartridges. The rifle is also equipped with a Bergara curved Trigger Bergara designed for a crisp and clean pull each time the gun is fired. The rifle has been drilled and tapped at the factory to fit Remington 700 rings and bases.
The Bergara Ridge is equipped with a #4 4140 CrMo barrel, and a graphite black cerakoted finish. Bergara stocks have integral pillars that provide stability and accuracy. The barrel has a 5/8×24 thread to accept muzzle breaks or suppressors.
During the mold-making process, solid epoxy columns are permanently molded in place. This provides a stable and secure bedding surface for the barreled actions. The base color of the stock is dark gray, with white and black speckles. SoftTouch gives the stock a tacky, soft feel. It is easy to hold even in bad weather.
