Return & Refund Policy — Bulk Ammo Togo
At Bulk Ammo Togo, we strive to ship your order correctly and ensure our product matches the description. However, onscreen experience and warehousing can result in rare errors. To protect both you and our operations, please review the following policies:
1. Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

No returns will be accepted after this timeframe.
2. RMA Authorization Required

You must contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.

Failure to include an RMA with your return may result in refusal of the return.
3. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in the same condition as received (unused, sealed, undamaged).

We reserve the right to inspect merchandise and may refuse refund or exchange if the product shows signs of use or damage.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in one circumstance:

If you received the wrong item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Shipping charges originally paid by the customer are non-refundable.
5. Restocking & Processing Fees
-
A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund if the returned items are deemed to be in acceptable condition but returned without valid reason.

For credit card returns, a 3% processing fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled the same as returns. You must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways on exchanges.
7. Cosmetic Issues & Transfer Cases

For firearms or ammunition transferred through an FFL, returns for cosmetic issues or missing items are not accepted once transferred to the FFL.

Always inspect your items before accepting transfer from your dealer.
8. Declined or Refused Packages
-
If a package is refused or returned due to non-delivery or refusal at delivery, your refund will be minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and restocking fee.
Return Process

Contact our Customer Service within the 15-day window.

Request an RMA number.

Pack the item securely, include the RMA and a detailed note explaining the return reason, along with your contact details and a copy of the invoice.

Ship the package to our returns address (provided via RMA instructions).
Refund Policy
-
Refunds under 90 days: Issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable fees.

Refunds over 90 days: Issued as store credit only.
-
Orders canceled before shipping are treated as returns and are subject to the same 15% cancellation fee (max $25) and a 3% credit card fee (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items

All parts kits, bulk ammo sold in opened packaging, and manufacturer-defected goods (must be handled per manufacturer warranty policy) are non-returnable.

Any item explicitly marked as final sale at checkout is ineligible for return or refund.
Cancelations & Order Changes

Cancelations must be made by phone during business hours, not via email.

Cancelation fee applies, even if the cancellation is made immediately after ordering.

We do not guarantee changes to orders after submission (quantity changes, caliber swaps, etc.) and may charge a fee or refuse the change.
